2008 Event Schedule

Check-In Information

Check-in will occur on the second floor concourse of the MSU Student Union. Check-in times for oral, poster, and performance demonstration times vary.

  • Morning Oral Presentations: 8:45 AM – 9:15 AM
  • Morning Poster Presentation: 8:45 AM – 9:15 AM
  • Morning Performance Demonstration: Please check in 30 minutes prior to your assigned presentation time
  • Afternoon Oral Presentations: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
  • Afternoon Poster Presentation: 12:45 PM – 1:15 PM
  • Afternoon Performance Demonstration: Please check in 30 minutes prior to your assigned presentation time

Once you check-in, you do not need to stay at the conference, but you must check-in at your assigned time so we can confirm your participation. If presenting as part of a group, every group member should check in individually.

Conference Information

When not presenting, participants are encouraged to look at other students’ scholarship. Two awards (first and merit place) are given for every category. These awards are presented at the Awards Ceremony that begins at 4 PM in the Union Parlor.

Dress for the conference is business attire or business casual. Encourage your faculty members, friends, and family to attend. Refreshments will be provided for participants and their guests.
