What is Mid-SURE?
MSU undergraduate researchers, visiting students participating in MSU summer research programs, and students from select institutions are eligible to present at the Mid-Michigan Symposium for Undergraduate Research Experiences (Mid-SURE). This event provides an opportunity for students involved in research and creative activities at Michigan State and select institutions to share their work with their peers, faculty, and external audiences. Mid-SURE 2015 will take place on Wednesday July 22, 2015 at the Breslin Center from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. The public is welcome to attend this free event.
Mid-SURE represents a collaborative effort between the Undergraduate Research Office, the Graduate School’s Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP), the College of Engineering’s Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (EnSURE), the BEACON Center for the Study of Evolution in Action, and the MSU Research Education Program to Increase Diversity in Health Researchers (REPID).
