My favorite part about working in Dr. Linnenbrink-Garcia's lab is the collaboration that goes into a research project as large as this one. Every person's contribution is very important to the accuracy of the data and the success of the project.

Research Topic: Improving STEM Courses Graduation Year: 2017

Chen and LeMarche’s research focuses on improving the way students in STEM courses learn. Their project examined whether students in a large anatomy class were more or less engaged in traditional or flipped classroom setting. In a flipped classroom, lectures are held online and class time is used for active learning techniques.
