MSU undergraduate researchers, visiting students participating in MSU summer research programs, and students from select institutions are eligible to present at the Mid-Michigan Symposium for Undergraduate Research Experiences (Mid-SURE). This event provides an opportunity for students involved in research and creative activities at Michigan State and select institutions to share their work with their peers, faculty, and external audiences.
Mid-SURE represents a collaborative effort between the Undergraduate Research Office, the Graduate School’s Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP), the College of Engineering’s Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (EnSURE), the BEACON Center for the Study of Evolution in Action, and the MSU Research Education Program to Increase Diversity in Health Researchers (REPID).
Mid-SURE 2016 will be held on Wednesday, July 27 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM in the Huntington Club, which is located on the 4th floor of Spartan Stadium. You can look up presentation information about specific students by searching by the presenter's last name in the MidSURE Directory. The 2016 Mid-SURE Program book will be published in mid-July.
