My advice to current students who want to get involved in research is to be patient and consistent. Research can often feel like a long and challenging process, but it is important to stay committed and keep pushing forward. Understand that every small step you take contributes to a larger body of knowledge and has the potential to make a significant difference to a broader community. Embrace the learning experience, stay curious, and don't be afraid to ask questions or seek guidance from mentors. Your dedication and persistence will pay off, both in terms of personal growth and the impact of your work.
